Who we are
Civil Livin is a Massachusetts project helping small self-managed condominium associations keep shared records. Contact: hello@civillivin.com.
What we collect
Waitlist submissions (email, optional role and situation). Feedback, counsel-review, and contact form fields you choose to send. First-party usage events in our Supabase events table (for example waitlist_submit, role_select, feedback_submit, counsel_call_request, packet_open, contact_submit). Standard server and hosting logs via Supabase and our host.
Why we collect it
To operate the waitlist, improve the site, and respond to inquiries. We do not use this data for advertising.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run ad retargeting. We do not use third-party ad trackers or Google Analytics on this site today.
Retention
We keep form and waitlist data (waitlist, feedback, counsel-review, and contact submissions) for up to 12 months after last contact, or sooner if you ask us to delete it (subject to any legal hold we are required to honor). First-party usage events and standard server and hosting logs are kept on a rolling basis (up to 12 months) for security, debugging, and product analytics, then deleted or aggregated.
